Kyle, we appreciate all feedback that we get. However, it was a month after the tire installation that you called mentioning that the dealership had just told you that you needed new TPMS sensors. I don't know if they led you to believe that we had done something wrong, or if you came up with that yourself, but everything was functioning normally when you left. The only way a sensor can not work after a tire installation is if they are damaged during install, and that will result in an immediate fault on the dash that you would have seen, and the technician can not relearn the system on your Chevrolet. This relearn must be done directly after tire installation. We always take care of any issues that may be, or are our fault. The 200 dollars you were told was the cost to replace all 4 sensors because they have batteries in them that typically go out around the same time. Your 2020 model car has sensors are at minimum 6.5 years old going off the final build date of 07/29/2019. These warning lights can be frustrating, especially for tire pressure system fault warnings. I understand your frustration. Our equipment also tells us when the batteries are getting low. The testing indicated that you had bad sensors and some that were still functional, but low on battery voltage. We will work on better communication when offering TPMS repairs.
